Example: The marinade enhances the flavor of the fish.

verb
to form something by forcing or pushing it out, especially through a small opening
Example: We continue to investigate possible methods for diapers to pierce through the convective stagnant lid and extrude onto the surface.

Heat Sink
noun
Is a thermal conductive metal device designed to absorb and disperse heat away from a high temperature object such as a computer processor.
Example: Internal fans and heat sinks can help keep the machine cooled inside.

Mesh
noun
represent (a geometric object) as a set of finite elements for computational analysis or modeling.
Example: The best mesh must be found to be able to advance with the simulation

Mises stress
noun
is a value used to determine if a given material will yield or fracture. It is mostly used for ductile materials, such as metals. The von Mises yield criterion states that if the von Mises stress of a material under load is equal or greater than the yield limit of the same material under simple tension then the material will yield.
Example: The von Mises stress is a criterion for yielding, widely used for metals and other ductile materials. It states that yielding will occur in a body if the components of stress acting on it are greater than the criterion

the main shape or edge of something, without any details
The outline of something is its general shape, especially when it cannot be clearly seen.
Example: The outline of the castle on the hill was clearly defined against the evening sky.
